HealthKit Auto-Sync
Navara connects directly to Apple Health to automatically import every workout you log. Whether you use an Apple Watch, a third-party fitness tracker, or manually log activities, Navara picks them up without any extra steps.
The sync runs in the background, so new workouts appear in Navara moments after you finish them. Historical data is imported on first launch, giving you a complete training history from day one.

AI Coaching
Navara's AI coaching goes far beyond generic fitness advice. Each week, it analyzes your complete training picture — mileage, intensity, segment performance, gym sessions, rest days, and how well you adhered to your training plan.
The coaching engine is powered by Claude Sonnet from Anthropic. It generates specific, actionable advice based on your actual training data. If you set a segment PR on Tuesday but skipped recovery on Wednesday, it'll notice and adjust its recommendations.
All coaching data is anonymized before processing. Your name, exact locations, and personal details are never sent to the AI model — only training metrics and patterns.

Privacy-First Architecture
Navara is built local-first. Your fitness data lives on your device in a SwiftData store. Cloud sync through Supabase is entirely optional — enable it for cross-device access or keep everything local.
There are no ads, no tracking pixels, and no data broker partnerships. AI coaching sends only anonymized training summaries to Anthropic's Claude API — never your name, location, or personal details. If you delete your account, all server-side data is permanently removed.
